CHAUNN DAVIDSON

Founder & CEO, Quad City Solutions

Chaunn Davidson is the Founder and CEO of Quad City Solutions, a growing marketing firm dedicated to creating meaningful connections between clients and consumers through personalized, face-to-face brand representation.

Originally from Mississippi, Chaunn relocated to Des Moines, Iowa, where he began his career. Despite having little prior experience in marketing or advertising, he quickly discovered a passion for leadership, professional development, and creating a positive, team-oriented culture.

With a background in soccer coaching and development, Chaunn has honed a strong ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and personalities, helping them unlock their potential through mentorship, structure, and accountability. His leadership approach centers on leading by example and prioritizing problem-solving to drive results and client satisfaction.

Under his leadership, Quad City Solutions has consistently ranked among top-performing teams nationwide for production and development, with several associates advancing into leadership roles within months.

Chaunn studied Software Engineering at Copiah Lincoln Community College and Mississippi State University, where he also played varsity soccer. Outside of business, he remains active in the local soccer community, enjoys streaming and gaming, and contributes to his mother’s nonprofit organization.

His mission is simple — to help others grow into the best version of themselves while expanding Quad City Solutions’ positive impact across the country.
